Rotating partners pickleball schedule
Ten players on two courts means two people sit each round. This schedule rotates the sit-outs so nobody sits twice before everyone has sat once, and in the schedule below nobody has the same partner twice.

Pro: a live season page for your league
Publish the schedule at its own link where players check live scores and standings from their phones. Move a rained-out night and every game after it shifts, with nobody double-booked. Players get an email when their game changes. Built for organizers running a club ladder or a league season week after week.
This is an early project. We will only email you about the Pro version.

The rules this schedule follows
- Sit-outs first. Whoever has sat out the least sits next, and among them, whoever sat longest ago. Sit-out counts never differ by more than one at any point in the session.
- New partners. Within that, players are arranged to avoid partnering someone they have already partnered.
- Spread opponents. Last, it avoids facing the same opponents again and again.
The generator tries many arrangements from seeded starting points and keeps the fairest. The same players and courts always give the same schedule. Press Reshuffle for a different one that is just as fair.
Questions
Will anyone sit out twice in a row?
No, unless more than half the group has to sit each round. Whoever has sat out the least sits next, and ties go to whoever sat longest ago, so a player who just sat goes to the back of the line.
Is it possible to never repeat a partner?
Each player can partner each other player once. With 8 players that takes 7 rounds. If you play more rounds than that, repeats are unavoidable, and the fairness summary counts them.
Can I use it for tennis or padel doubles?
Yes. Nothing in the schedule is specific to pickleball. It works for any doubles game.
What does the share link contain?
Everything on the schedule: the event name, names of teams or players, dates, times and every round. It sits in the part of the link after the # sign, which browsers never send to a server, so we never see it. Anyone with the link sees the same schedule, even if they have their own saved settings.
