League schedule maker with divisions
Add a division for each level or age group. Each one gets its own round robin, and all of them share your fields on the same nights without two games landing on the same field at the same time.
Add a start date to download a calendar file.
Pro: a live season page for your league
Publish the schedule at its own link where players check live scores and standings from their phones. Move a rained-out night and every game after it shifts, with nobody double-booked. Players get an email when their game changes. Built for organizers running a club ladder or a league season week after week.
This is an early project. We will only email you about the Pro version.
How divisions share fields
Round 1 of every division is played on the first night, round 2 on the second, and so on. The night's games fill your fields in order, division by division. When the fields are full, the next games start in the next time slot. A team plays once per round, so nobody is booked twice in one slot.
Divisions can be different sizes. A 5-team division needs 5 rounds and a 6-team division needs 5 too. An 8-team division needs 7, so it keeps playing after a smaller division has finished.

Questions
Can divisions play on different nights?
Not on one schedule. Make one schedule per night instead: put the Monday divisions on this page, download or share it, then change the weekday and teams for the next night.
What if I have more games than fields?
Games carry on in the next time slot. With 3 fields and 8 games in a round, games 1 to 3 start at the first time, 4 to 6 an hour later (or whatever you set for minutes per game), and 7 and 8 after that.
Can teams play each other twice?
Yes. Set "Play each other" to twice. The second half of the season repeats the matchups with home and away swapped.
What does the share link contain?
Everything on the schedule: the event name, names of teams or players, dates, times and every round. It sits in the part of the link after the # sign, which browsers never send to a server, so we never see it. Anyone with the link sees the same schedule, even if they have their own saved settings.
